The data controller for this website is ClaireAways, an independent UK travel agent affiliated with InteleTravel UK.

When you use our 60-second trip planner, we collect only the information needed to prepare a bespoke travel quote:

• Contact details: full name, email address and phone number.
• Travel preferences: destination or region, estimated travel month, trip duration and preferred travel style.
• Party & budget: passenger count, party type and budget range per person.
• Optional notes: any specific requests, bucket-list ideas or requirements you choose to share.

Your trip brief is submitted securely via Formspree, a GDPR-aware form processor. Submissions are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and are used solely to respond to your enquiry, build a personalised itinerary and provide indicative pricing.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

How you found us: we do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If you arrived via a shared link (for example from social media, a newsletter or a partner site), your browser briefly remembers that link source and the first page you visited for this visit only. It is cleared when you close the tab and is only sent to us if you submit an enquiry, so we can understand which recommendations bring people to us.

Your details are shared only with vetted travel suppliers and InteleTravel UK, and only when necessary to obtain accurate quotations, confirm availability or make a booking on your behalf.

We never sell your personal data. We do not share your information with marketing networks, data brokers or unrelated third parties.

We keep your information for as long as your quote or booking is active, plus a reasonable follow-up period to answer questions or finalise arrangements. Once a quote is no longer active and there is no ongoing booking relationship, your personal data is securely deleted.

All form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to submitted data is limited to ClaireAways and, where required for booking purposes, authorised InteleTravel UK personnel.

UK data protection law gives you the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Ask us to delete your personal information (the "right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict how we process your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
