Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you ask ClaireAways to research, quote or arrange travel for you. ClaireAways is an Independent Travel Agent affiliated with InteleTravel UK. Please read these terms before accepting a quotation or making a payment.

Sending a trip brief or receiving a quotation does not create a booking. Prices, availability, itineraries and supplier terms may change until your booking is confirmed. Website prices are guides unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any material changes will be explained before you are asked to commit.

Your booking becomes binding when the relevant supplier or InteleTravel UK issues confirmation after receiving the required payment. Deposits may be non-refundable. Balance dates, amendment charges and cancellation charges depend on the suppliers included in your trip and will be provided with your booking conditions.

You are responsible for checking names, dates, destinations and other details on all documents as soon as you receive them, and for reporting any error promptly.

ClaireAways arranges travel as an independent agent affiliated with InteleTravel UK, an ABTA member. Some flight-inclusive arrangements may be ATOL protected, but ATOL protection does not apply to every travel service. The protection applying to your trip will be explained before booking and, where applicable, shown on your ATOL Certificate.

You are responsible for passports, visas, health requirements, insurance and entry rules for every traveller. Requirements can change, so check official guidance before booking and again before departure. Suitable travel insurance is strongly recommended from the date you book.

Travel services are supplied by independent airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and other providers under their own terms. If a problem occurs during your trip, report it immediately to the supplier and contact ClaireAways so reasonable assistance can be provided. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
